SECTION 1 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed in our warehouse located in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

During sales or busy periods dispatch may take an additional 2-3 working days.

We offer free shipping on all Georgia orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 7-10 days for domestic orders to reach you.

All WOYOYO products are delivered in a WOYOYO branded box and dustbag.

SECTION 2 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 200€. A shipping charge of 40€  is applicable to all orders under 200€. From the time of order placed, it takes about 7-14 days for International orders to reach you.

All WOYOYO products are delivered in a WOYOYO branded box and dustbag.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

SECTION 3 – COULD YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES & HOTELS?

Due to security reasons, we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.

SECTION 4 – INSURANCE

WOYOYO insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and transfer all liability over to them.

SECTION 5 – DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

SECTION 6 – AMENDMENTS

WOYOYO is unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details.

SECTION 7 – COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It’s our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY

Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange. WOYOYO is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment; If you find a product to be defective, please email [email protected] immediately—include your order number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage.

Only products purchased through the Website may be returned to Company in accordance with this return policy. Company products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.

SECTION 2 – RETURN PROCESS

The customer can return an item for a duration of 7 working days after receiving the parcel. Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, it will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to determine whether an item is faulty or whether it is fair wear and tear. After inspection, if it turns out that a product claimed to be damaged or defective was in fact damaged or defective when it was first delivered to you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and money will be refunded to you (including shipping cost) in 10 working days after receipt of the parcel, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected. Refunds will only be issued in the same form that was used for payment.

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

You can exchange the damaged or defective item for the same model. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange for the damaged item. When we receive your return, we will send the replacement to you.

If a returned product was purchased with a Gift Card, and a refund is approved, the recipient of the Gift Card will receive a new email with a new Gift Card code for the value of the updated balance, including any applicable refund amount. If a returned product was purchased with a promotional voucher, and a refund is approved, the purchaser will be mailed a new voucher with the same expiration date as the original voucher, assuming not expired.

PLEASE NOTE:

No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes.

Company is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.

Company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

SECTION 3 – ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by writing to us at [email protected]

**WOYOYO reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
